When we present our proposal we will specify a ‘no greater than’ price, this gives you a ceiling above which our charges for the work we undertake will not breach. Simple - our price is our word, it’s even fixed when you use the maintenance programme.

To further enhance our commitment to our customers we offer the TCS “Double Fee Guarantee” which means that should we provide you with a quotation in order to fulfill consultancy services we GUARANTEE to save at least twice our fee. Insuring that the investment you make by using our services actually, in real terms, is no cost to your business. You enter into an agreement with us whereby we will make a recommendation at the end of the process that you will financially benefit from. If our offering does not save you at least twice our initial consultancy fees then we undertake the whole process free of charge.

If you choose not to implement our recommendation then you accept that our double fee guarantee does not apply to your agreement with us.
