We have created market leading tools to drive improvements into our customers supply chains we call this group of products LEO. Practical deployments include optimisation of shipping platforms and greater control with significant improvements in visibility to managing suppliers. It can mean taking real world data working with TMS systems and creating a unique ecosystem that holds all the data in one place. It allows you to manage change, implement new systems and track everything you do. Just depends which LEO are you, LITE, Premium or Pro?
Our activities are deliberately focussed on delivering balanced and effective outcomes so that all parties win, our customer and our business partners as we consistently deliver outstanding value.
We offer services from project management to strategic business alignment. We can deploy market leading and unique logistics optimisation tools such as our freight billing recharge tool 'Navigator' and we have designed bespoke solutions for our customers that their IS teams do not have the bandwidth to deliver.

Our team are skilled at what they do and we have a collection of logistics consultants which make us proud to support or customers as they navigate into and beyond their budgets and strategy.

Uniquely Different
Principles of our business
When we started our business back in 2004 we had a number of opportunities to deliver solutions for our customers. These included a range of products and services that provided benefit to TCS but compromised our independence. We were invited, on numerous occasions, to either join other groups or surrender our identify and become part of a larger infrastructure. We were asked to engage in rebates and financial structures that allowed the partners that we were trying to negotiate with also be our contributing profit customers.
We decided that our customers voice and our independence was more important than this. We agreed that our principles of business were so important to us that we never wanted them to be undermined. We never wanted to be vulnerable to outside influences that made our decisions inaccurate or biased based on who was either funding our business or providing an incentive to us. We wanted no external influence for the decisions or recommendations we made and we did not want these to be chosen for financial reasons rather than ethical or moral ones.
We are fiercely proud to state that we remain committed to these original principles and have not wavered from our moral compass since we started TCS. There are no reasons that we would ever make a decision purely based on commerical reasons. We can state that our work, decisions and recommendations are made from structure, intelligence and a rigorous process and discipline.
Today we are proud to work with organisations who have great promise and businesses who already have reached maturity but are looking for an organisation to support them and work to deliver better systems, smarter optimisation and genuinely independent recommendations on how to improve their business year on year. It is no surprise our shareholders and customers not only stay with us but develop and grow with us without fear of underhand influence or a lack of real and meaningful independently validated outputs that make a difference and delivered real continuous improvement.
